Over 40lbs lost so far, woohoo. I love to exercise, never thought I would say that! I workout at home with DVDs, or go out for walks. I keep things low impact (dodgy knees). I love Turbo Jam and Yoga Booty Ballet. Currently going Extreme with Chalene and loving it. Would love to do P90X one day- who knows... Yoga keeps me sane :o)
