My husband is my world, and I don't know where I would be without him. My favorite things include music (listening to it and making it), laughing, and hugs. Unfortunately, one of my other favorite things is food.
Growing up, I never had a problem with my weight until one day (when I was perfectly healthy) I decided I was fat. This started a cycle of trying to diet, giving up, and overeating. Through these (originally unnecessary) weight loss attempts, I gained 40 pounds between my 17th and 18th birthdays. Since then I have gained another 25 pounds.
I have a very large obstacle that I have to overcome in order to reach my fitness goals. I have bipolar disorder, which has proven to be a very big part of my life. There are a lot of things I can't do because of this. I have very low motivation and energy, I am tired all of the time, I feel physically sick a lot, and of course I have major mood problems.
However,I'm tired of having weight loss be one of the things that I can't do. My doctor has been telling me that if I would exercise daily I would feel sooo much better. I am SO ready to feel better. I'm ready to have hope again. I'm ready to love myself again. And with the help of God and Beachbody, I can do it!
