I'm 26 years old and live in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I've fallen in and out of exercise
routines over the years. My New Year's Resolution for 2009 is to take better care
of my body. I figured what better way to start the year then with Power 90. I'm
determined to stick with it and prove to myself that I can accomplish whatever I
