I have never really had problem keeping weight off until recently. I was always active, wether playing ice hockey, softball or whatever. Until now that is. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis of the lower back and it hurt so much that i wasnt able to do anything for almost 6 months. I went from 175 to 200. And to tell the truth, I prefer the size 32 Wranglers to the size 36 ones, lol.

And considering my job as an active duty Air Force member who has already spent 3 tours in Iraq, I really need to stay in shape. So, I heard about P90X, got it, and it kicked my butt. Ok, I am not going to let that stop me. So I went and got Power 90 and have started it. So far, so good, except I have always known that I did not have much coordination, and of course the yoga stuff makes me even more of a klutz, lol. My before photo is the best I have right now, only cause I have never really been comfortable getting my pic taken. I guess I should suck it up, but for right now, there ya go.
