I'm 54, have been working out off and on for years. I'm in good shape, but have mostly been in GREAT shape. I've always looked young for my age, and now coming up on 55, I'm looking older and, well, vanity got the best of me and I want to look great again. I don't want to hear someone say "you look good FOR YOUR AGE." I want to overhear someone say "Wow. I wish *I* had a body like that." So I'm 54, have been working out off and on for years.
