I have always been pretty active up until the last few years. I used to eat like a horse and never gain a pound. As we get better jobs (meaning we do less work) many of us tend to get a little soft and lazy. At 52 years old, with two bad knees, a bad back and a busted up ankle, that is exactly where I have arrived, "soft and lazy". I am tired of that and want to get back in shape. My son bought P90X a couple of years ago. I was impressed, but thought I was OK without it. After a two month bout with tennis elbow and a terrible cold that lasted almost a month, I was in worse shape than I had ever been. I finally decided two weeks ago that it was time to bite the bullet. I was pretty sore for a while, but it is getting better. I am looking forward to the rewards of my efforts. Thanks Team Beachbody.
