Joined a gym last May and began working out with a personal trainer 3 days a week for an hour. In September, I hired a nutritionist and saw her weekly for three months. When I finished with her in mid December, I came very close to meeting my goal of trimming my body fat down to 18%. I ended at 19% with a total lean muscle mass gain of 6 lbs. That means, I replaced 6 lbs of body fat with 6 lbs of lean muscle. I hope to continue living a healthy life and toning up my body with P90X. I want to take a break from the gym and my trainer and see how far I can push myself on my own!!!
