Transformation Story

I have always worked out in spurts and then let myself go from time to time. While on vacation in Hawaii (Kona) in early July of 2007, I happened to see the P90X infomercial. I was in one of those not More...
I have always worked out in spurts and then let myself go from time to time. While on vacation in Hawaii (Kona) in early July of 2007, I happened to see the P90X infomercial. I was in one of those not working out periods in my life. I had little or no energy, and was always getting sick because I was traveling every week for my job to Maryland. I would leave on Sunday night and take the red eye to BWI and come home on Thursday night. For some reason I decided to purchase the program and give it a try.
So when I purchased the program I went out and bought push up bars and weight bands and threw them in my suit case. I started the program in my hotel room in Towson Maryland on a Monday night (July 23, 2007) I was able to do 131 pushups. To me this is a milestone date in my life. This is one of those days that you can look at and say my life changed (like the day you got married or had a child or in my case the day I left Pennsylvania for Arizona to go to college or the day my company went public).
After 1 week I was amazed how much energy I had. I was going down a good path for my health. I stopped getting sick and had more energy than I knew what to do with. In 1 month I had gotten into decent shape.
I developed a Microsoft Access database to track my workouts. I purchased about $2,000 worth of equipment and installed it in my home exercise room as I stopped traveling and now work and workout at home.
So I was transformed almost. I’ve decided to take this to the next level. I am now doing P90X Plus Dpubles and about to start a one on one phase of the program. I am following a my nutrition plan as best as I can. I have not been in this good of shape since I was in my 20's. Thanks Tony!!!!
