I retired from the Marine Corps 5 years ago. Since that
time, my activity level had basically come to a halt. I
currently work for Verizon and sit at a desk all day, then
go home and sit in front of the computer. I am using P90X to
jumpstart my lifestyle change so that I can enjoy my family,
life and all it has to offer.

my fear of failing and saying what if I can't stick with
this...I started to see and feel the results of the work and
effort I had put into my transformation. After the first 2
weeks, I hadn't really seen a big difference in how I looked
on the outside. I was preparing for work and realized I
didnt have any pants ready to wear....I looked in the closet
and found a pair of jeans that was size 38" and I normally
wear 42". My first thought was...this is too soon...but I
tried it anyways and to my surprise, the jeans went on
without a problem. That was the fuel I needed to go 100% and
not look back. I realize now, that this journey is one that
will require my hard work and effort and in the end, the way
I feel will fuel the way I look to myself and others. Let's
Do This!
