I've been married for almost 16 years to a wonderful man who was a wrestler in high school and has no problem losing weight or staying fit. I've been married for almost 16 years to a wonderful man who was a wrestler in high school and has no problem losing weight or staying fit. I on the other hand am a yo-yo dieter who works out hard and heavy for a few months then when I see the results I tend to slack and gain some weight back. I am SICK of doing this so I've started the Insanity workouts to get into top shape and am trying to figure out a healthy eating lifestyle for me and my family so I won't ever have to "diet" again! I took my before pics yesterday and although I felt I looked good in my clothes I was absolutely disgusted at my body in a bikini! I'm 5'10 and 156lbs and plan to get down to 145lbs and never have to be disgusted with myself again!!
