My name is Seth. Just turned 35 years old. This will be my second round of P90X. This last summer I really got into running. Competed in a 10K and a 5-miler, and am ready to challenge myself to compete in half-marathons. My goal is to drop about 10 pounds. This is to help me to be able to maintain stamina over longer runs. I have an awesome responsibilty to take good care of it.
