When it comes to myself I am very fit,energetic and dedicated to my fitness routine, just love to start my day right.As far i can remember my day does not start till I get some sort of work out in. I love running, outdoors, my latest passion is Yoga I can't believe I did not get involved in this earlier. It has brought so much balance in to my daily routine.
