I am 38 years old (39 in July). Wife and mother of 2 boys ages 6 & 4. I can't believe that I have allowed myself to get so out of shape and to have gained so much weight. Last year I changed careers and I am very fulfilled with my new career. I have accomplished every goal that I have ever set for myself except losing weight. I am trying to understand why this is so hard for me. My goal is to I am 38 years old (39 in July). Wife and mother of 2 boys ages 6 & 4.
