After 2 rounds of P90X, I've taken the summer off. Well, not really, just modified to allow my outdoor activities to happen. Lots of volleyball. Starting 8/31/09 I will kick it back up and get "real" with it.
Right now my schedule is resistive workouts on Monday and Friday and VB Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Saturday is rest and yard work.
