the confidence and energy that I need to love life. Beachbody combines

06/24/08-decided to be a coach, which was the best decision i could make.
being a coach has made me change my habits because people are depending
on me. being a coach holds me to a completely higher level of accountability
that i never had before.
07/01/08-starting taking activit and slimming formula. i love them. they
make me feel less hungry and more energetic. i don't quite know if it is in
my head and all of my excitement but i love it.
07/18/08-completed 2nd round of slim in six. great results followed.
09/04/08-will be done with four weeks of ten minute trainer. i loved the
program but my results were minimal. my eating was a mess. i went on
vacation during one of the weeks and my mind wasn't focused.
09/05/08-i am starting a round of slim series. time to bring it.

I have done the lose weight and gain weight scenario more times than I want
to count. But since finding beachbody I have found the support and
motivation that I need to make permanent changes in my lifestyle. I work out
5-6 days a week, make a strong effort to eat clean, and drink at least 64oz of
water each day. I now workout and eat clean for me and not to lose weight. I
do it because it makes me feel better. I have DECIDED to make a change. I
have COMMITTED to working hard in order to get results. I know that I will
SUCCEED.

We all hit a few bumps in our journey, but we get right back to it. As Debbie
said "Consistency doesn't mean perfection...it means staying true to the cause
and never giving up." Let's motivate each other and BRING IT!!! DECIDE.
COMMIT. SUCCEED.
