After having my third son I decided enough was enough. I was tired of always feeling sluggish, no energy, hating how I looked. I had seen P90X on tv many times and it held my interest. I thought to myself there is no way I can do that, but after making the decision to commit to changing my lifestyle I bought P90X and transformed my life. Now, I am what you might call a P90X addict. People are constantly asking what type of exercise regimen I do, I tell everyone about P90X and even have friends that are trying it. Two words...Thank You!

Recent update to my information...I recently uploaded my 1-year anniversary pictures since I started with Beachbody fitness program P90X. It inspired me so much that I decided to start coaching. I knew at that moment I needed to be more proactive in getting the message out about fitness and helping to jump start the transformation process for others. I want to inspire others so they can experience what I have and live healthier and fit. Since the launch of my coaching career or as I like to title it “Fitness and Lifestyle Transformation Advisor,” spectacular things are taking place. It is truly amazing to connect with so many others that have a desire to transform their lives and be a part of such a wonderful process.
