Let's see I just made the 50 year mark and this year is going to be the one of the best in my life! This is the year I get healthy for GOOD! I am a mom of a 23 year old daughter, 3 cats and a dog. I have been blessed to have lived abroad in my life which was a real eye opener and now have been working for the court system for 22 years. I'm currently working in the training division and I love it! I have a close circle of friends that are THE BEST and spend a lot of time with them, love to make jewelry when I have a free minute, too! My goal this year is to get in the best physical and spiritual place that I have ever been and it's going to happen!

Transformation Story

As an adult I have been anywhere from 138 lbs - 283 lbs (May 2005) I have been the classic yo-yo dieter. The sad part is you can see to what extremes - not healthy and at my age it has to stop. I was even a motivational weight loss leader in part of that yo-yo life - Ha! I just never seemed to have gotten it for life. I need a program that I can do for life and with the great videos - GO P90!- and eating 5 meals/day I am FINALLY getting it! Like they say, it's never too late and never more important than right now. My journey began when I started P90 in July 2007 and completed in October 2007. I was in great shape, BUT life happened, I fell off the wagon, as they say, THEN, I got crackin' with the 5 mini meals/day to begin this journey again - hello - BIG difference from how I was eating (too little) that first round which made me hungry and unsatisfied even though I was losing (by torturous eating) and gaining muscle form. You can't keep up the pace if you don't get the food down and that's what happened. Mini steps.....and I'M BACK - I have DECIDED....I am COMMITTED and I AM GOING TO SUCCEED!
