I am almost 49 yrs old and have been retired from the US Army for 7 1/2 yrs. I've not made the time to work out and have gained 20 lbs of fat since I retired. After 20 yrs in Army and being forced to work out, once I retired I did NOT make the time to work out and thus gained 20 lbs. I went to Iraq as a civilian and thru doing cardio kickboxing 3 x a week, lost 20 lbs in 6 months only to gain it back in 6 months. I'd heard about P90X from a female friend who said she got "ripped" when she did it while in Iraq and I thought I'd try it. It wasn't until I took the picutres of my body and was totally mortified at how I looked that I am totally motivated to see this out for the 90 days to see what results I can get.
