Well, I signed up just to see what this is all about. One would guess I was in perfect health. I did an Ironman in 2007, 2 ultramarathons and 2 full marathons in 2008. I have been injured since the middle of 2008 with a tear in the fascia of my foot. It took 18 months to recover and I am anxious to lose the 23 pounds that I gained.
