Since 1993 I've become one of the largest independent web hosts helping other people put their businesses online. Somewhere along the line I ended up even administering our own servers. I also moved our broadcasting and sales training online (and even my singing!).
Now I spend most of my time online...in a chair!
Once you spend a lot of time sitting, I've noticed that your body tries to accomodate this by rearranging itself into a shape that it feels will make you the most comfortable for your activities. Unfortunately this is frequently not the shape that makes you most comfortable standing before a mirror.
In my case, I was so busy that I *really didn't notice* until one day I looked in a mirror and suddenly realized it was time to pay attention to getting an excercise routine and to watching my diet.
Since I'd never paid any attention to fitness in the past, I had absolutely no idea where to start or what to do.
It looks like Million Dollar Body has come to the rescue!
