Before finding Million Dollar Body, my first instinct was to starve myself. Not only did this result in zero weight loss (when I tried to do this I ended up eating anyway) but it also made me nervous and grouchy!

I had some fitness videos that had been donated to me by family members (they were hinting even before I realized I should be paying attention to this). I actually managed to make it through the tapes. Even though some promised quick results I was discouraged when I didn't see rapid changes.

Sometimes I would simply not eat. Other times I would eat a lot. Sometimes I would excercise too much. Sometimes I was too sore or tired to exercise. (Or too hungry!)

What I like about Million Dollar Body is that it offers a way to work at your own pace but *consistently* and a way to watch your results methodically.

Being able to meet other people in the WOWY virtual gym is incredibly suited for someone like me who works and *lives* online.
