i'm a college student who was overweight when i was younger but lost a lot
of weight as a teenager...but it stopped there and i didn't pay too much
attention until now...i'm an ice skating coach and i've always liked to work
out, but also to eat badly...now i've started to change my diet in a better way
than before and am serious about working out...i'm actually going to stick to
it and lose

am going to take this more seriously...no quitting this time and once i reach
my goals i'm going to find my happy medium instead of dropping off
completely...please help me keep motivated!!!!!!
