My name is Susannah and I am happily married to my wonderful husband of 14 years. We live in Florida, however I am originally from Massachusetts. After 2 children during a 26 month time period I knew it was time for a change. Honestly I was never that much into fitness before. I wasn't an athlete in High School or College. I always used to find an excuse to not workout or eat well.... seemed like there was always "something else" to do.
I had a wake up call one day when my youngest was 3 years old. I didn't feel well and had to take a good hard look at my habits ect. I decided to try Turbo Jam with Chalene Johnson after the urging of a friend. The MINUTE I put in the DVD and listened to the music I LOVED IT!!!!!! And for the record I have NEVER enjoyed working out...... EVER!!!!!! I instantly became hooked and was working out 5-6 days a week and changing my eating habits. Not only was my body changing but my attitude as well, and my self confidence!!!!! To date I have lost 30 pounds, I also do Chalean Extreme, and my husband does P90X. I recently became certified to teach Turbo Kick and and so excited about stepping out of my comfort zone!!!! I decided to become a BeachBody Coach because I truly believe in their mission and want to see other people receive success as well by putting in the time and effort. I don't consider myself ever complete and am always striving to challenge myself. I would love to go on this journey with you as well!!!!
