I am a 37 yr old stay at home mom. I have 2 kids ages 17 nand 8. I enjoy
giving of myself to help other people. I enjoy working out and educating
myself about living a healthy lifestyle. I am still a work in progress. What I
learned a yr ago that really changed my body was that even if you are working
