In High School, i was an athlete, playing soccer everyday for my school and a club. After graduation, all that had changed. I stopped playing the way i used to, now 5 years later i found myself in the worst shape of my life. I've gained 60 pounds since graduation.
A friend at work actually introduced me to P90x. I saw the informercial before but was hesitant to buy. When i asked him one day how he got so ripped, he replied "P90x".
