My name is Crystal and I am 37yrs. old and I have 4 children. I am a stay at home mom, I am here to pull it all back into place and tone it up better than before! my goal is to get to 138, right now i am at 175. This is my year of health! I bought Slim-in-six in 2004, did the 6 weeks barely, and started school for Dental Assisting in 2005. I couldn't put the work outs into the schooling so I put it off the work outs. Gained the 8 pounds back. Then in the summer of 2005, I started it again. By the 4th week I found out that I was expecting my 4th child! So I stopped.... I seem to only get to my 4th week and I don't see the results I want so I quit! My youngest is 2 years old and I have started again!!! Working out with the WOWY group keeps me going! The first time I bought the DVD's I finished the 6 weeks, that was in 2004! In Jan. 2008 I choose to try Turbo Jam! Stopped for 2 months and started back again. Added walking 4 1/2 miles to my work outs and lost 10 pounds!

Transformation Story

WOW!I bought Jurbo Jam in Jan 2008 and stopped a couple of times, I thought that the results I wanted happened right away! I was so wrong! It took a long time for me to pack on the pounds, Now I know it will take time to take off the pounds (i.e. age) So I re-started turbo jam on June 14th and walking 4 1/2 miles a day and lost 10 pounds in six weeks! that was on July 24th!!! I don't weigh myself every day because I see my clothes falling off/and or getting too big! Since June 14th I have not given up on my work outs and it has paid off! I am really seeing results, and I am SO happy....! My life is so much more active! I have more strength in my abs than I have ever had before!! I just want to say to anyone reading about me NEVER GIVE UP!!!! keep pushing play, (even on the days when you don't feel like it!)
