Tony Horton and his variety of workouts are everything you've seen or heard them to be. After completing Power 90 I could feel and *see* the changes in and on my body and it was good! Power90 level 1-2 was good; it helped me to get used to the new workout at a level easy on my body yet working it at the same time. Level 3-4 was *intense* although I didn't really notice until after I finished working out. I didn't follow the diet as specified in the book as I followed a very low fat and restricted calorie diet prescribed by my doctor for extremely high cholesterol. I did [and do!], however, follow the eating schedule and watch what I eat carefully. More fruits and vegetables and very lean meats keeps me going without hunger and I can constantly feel the changes taking place and I like it! What's more, I really do *SEE* the differences in my body and the transformation *DID* take place! The changes between my before and after pictures are real and striking. I feel my strength building and can see the changes going on. I'm energized without being sore and tired after my workouts and my days go better. I sleep better and find myself less stressed out, no matter what happens at work or at home. I use the WOWY member section regularly now although I didn't when I first started. I thought it was kind of corny but when I see my progress I want to share with others in their BeachBody programs and it's actually kind of fun to find Success Buddies to help along and motivate because that's what they are doing for me. Motivation is important and the WOWY section helps give you that. Decide - Commit - Succeed. BeachBody, Tony Horton and the WOWY section gives you the tools you need to do just that.
