My story begins about 3.5 years ago when I was at my highest weight in my life of 150lbs. I was so depressed and angry that I let myself get that way. I had a friend who used to be 200 lbs and lost all the weight and is now running marathons and climbing mountains like crazy. She was my motivation to get started. So I started working out 6 days a week, some days twice a day and have lost 45 lbs. Now my struggle is with getting toned up to where I have muscle definition in my arms and legs and I have a nice cut tummy. I started the P90X mid-June and have noticed that I'm a little stronger but not where I was hoping I would be. Not sure if I'm doing things wrong or if because I haven't followed the diet that I'm not getting the results I was hoping for. Hopefully being a member of this website will help me get to where I want to be.
