I have always been a very active person. I use p90x to really step up my game. To challenge me. To get off the plateau. This is how I maintain my physical fitness. I struggle with the daily commitment, but Sundays at the beach are sacred. I'm not so much in to the physical transformation, more of a mental one.

Maybe its the decision to become a Coach. I need the accountability that working out with others and checking in with them will provide me. Its like running alone vs running with a partner. You keep the pace together as a pack. And are much stronger as a result. Lets be accountable. Lets be the best we can be. Lets accomplish everything.
