I am a 38-year-old woman that is happily married with a 4-year-old son and a 2-year-old son. I live in Northern Michigan.
I used to be somewhat of an athlete and competed in a triathlon as well as a mountain bike marathon. I also competed in the M-22 Challenge on June 20 (sand dune climb followed by a 3 mile run, an 18 mile road bike ride, and a 1 mile kayak paddle). WOOT!

My challenge continues to be making time for myself. It's easy to let everyone and everything come first and I am trying to remember that I need to make time for me, too, or I'll burn out and then won't be good for anybody.
I'm excited to continue to make some awesome changes in my mind, my health, and my body. I also love the additional income that being a BeachBody Coach provides! It's so simple and doesn't take away from my already busy calendar. I love the products, the company, and the people.

1/9/08 I'm the heaviest I've been in my life (not counting pregnancy) and am very unhappy with my body. My husband, brother, and I started a weight loss competition on 1/9/08 using P90X and the winner gets to have the losers buy a nice gift for them! Wish me luck!!
2/28/08 I've lost about 10 pounds, my pants are falling off of me, I've put away my maternity clothes (thank God) as they're WAY too big, I have muscles and feel fantastic. And, the best part is that I'm only half way!!! I'm dropping inches and eating so much healthier. Next weigh-in is March 8.
3/8/08 I'm down 10 pounds! Woot! And, I lost more inches, too! I feel so strong mentally and physically. I am loving this program!!
5/1/08 I lost 11.5 pounds and won the competition between my husband, brother, and I! I'm so excited! I love what P90X has done for me and am going to begin another round. I can't wait to see what this summer has in store for me.
6/5/08 We're beginning a challenge on our MidwestX message board and I can't wait! This is just what I needed to continue my hard work. I'm wearing a size 2 (never worn that before) jean and loving it all!!
9/15/08 Well, I didn't get to participate in the contest as I would have liked due to life getting in the way. But, we're doing another round and I hope to do better this time through.
10/15/08 Life gets in the way--especially when we have our house on the market--but I am confident I'll pull it together (grin)
12/28/08 Well, I didn't pull it together as completely as I'd hoped. So--starting 1/1/09 I'm going back at it with ChaLEAN Extreme! I'm SO PUMPED UP to find out what the next few months have in store. WOOT!!!
1/1/09 Here we go!!!It's time to lose my hiney in 09-y! I thought I'd commit completely to the process and joined MDB as a coach. I've been involved with their products since 2005 and trust the company and love (LOVE) the products. Now I hope to help others achieve their goals, too!
2/1/09 WOO HOO!!! I'm on my way! The workouts are awesome. I love the food program. It's easy for me to follow and I'm loving my results so far! Bring on the next 30 days!!
2/28/09 WHAT!?!? I lost almost 12% body fiat and 9.25 inches in 60 days?!? GIDDY UP!!!! I'm entering Lean phase and am fired up!!!
4/7/09 I converted TWENTY POUNDS OF FAT into muscle!!!! ChaLEAN ROCKS!!!!
10/23/09 I am at a low weight for me as well as a GREAT body fat % of 22@. GIDDY UP!!! I'm mixing it up with a variety of BeachBody programs and am loving it!!
