I am 30 years old, and have spent the last 10 years of my life with my weight out of control. I was very active and athletic and once I got into the real world, I had a hard time finding time to work out. I just recently had a baby, and before I gave birth I tipped the scale at 220. I was very active and athletic and once I got into the real world, I had a hard time finding time to work out. I just recently had a baby, and before I gave birth I tipped the scale at 220. The last trimester of my pregnancy was the worst. My legs hurt, my back hurt, I had a hard time doing anything, it was uncomfortable sleeping. I was 175 when I got pregnant, and I know had my weight been in check before I got pregnant, that the end of my pregnancy wouldn't have been so uncomfortable. I had my baby on March 20th and have lost all but 10 pounds of my pregnancy weight. I have decided that this is my time to lose the unwanted pounds. I want to be a good example for my little girl and I want to be able to have the energy to keep up with her and go do things with her. I don't want to be overweight anymore.
