I've always been a heavyset person. When I turned 22 I decided to start trying to get into shape. Over the next year i managed to get from 300 to a stock and muscular 225. Then I just stopped doing anything physical. I regained all the weight I had lost, and with the weight also regained my lack of confidence. I purchased Power 90 because it looked like my type of program. While I liked the Sculpt workout, the Sweat cardio I just couldn't get into. That's when I decided if I was gonna do this I had to find something that rekindled my passion for the healthy lifestyle. I ordered HHA as it looked like a cardio I could have fun with, and I did. Next Rockin Body came out and I just fell in love with it. Over a month of Rockin Body helped me lose 13.5 lbs, and helped me regain some of my confidence. I've stocked my Beachbody Library and currently doing Ten Minute Trainer. My main goal is to get back to 225 if not a very lean 200.
