About me: I am a Chiropractor in the process of getting my license. I am also a Certified Massage Therapist. Fitness has always been a passion of mine. Growing up I competed in gymnastics and did that for 10 years then, when I quit, I took dance classes. I also did a lot of different sports such as volleyball, tennis, and skiing and it has carried over into my adult life. I am a very motivated person when it comes to fitness and love to help people reach their fitness goals in a healthy positive way. I am very spiritual and believe in the mind, body, spirit connection. I meditate and practice gratitude on a daily basis.
When I first heard about Beachbody I was really excited because these DVD's are really motivating and kick my butt! That is when I decided to become a coach and help others to reach their fitness goals because fitness is such a passion of mine!
Not only does Beachbody take the guess work out of working out, they also have provided guidelines on how to eat 5 balanced meals throughout the day to help you lose weight and maintain it in a healthy way.

For the last 20+ years I have been working out consistently and was happy with my results. My goal back then was to be in shape but over time, I wanted more. I wanted more muscles and definition. I More...
For the last 20+ years I have been working out consistently and was happy with my results. My goal back then was to be in shape but over time, I wanted more. I wanted more muscles and definition. I was doing cardio 4-5 times a week and ended up getting an over use injury because I wasn't varying my workouts enough. Lesson learned the hard way! I started taking more body sculpting classes at my gym, doing more with weights and mixing up my workouts.
The classes at my gym were ok, but not that challenging. I still took them because it was all I knew....that was before I discovered Beachbody and P90X!! This has taken my workouts to a whole different level and I am loving it. I have tried some of the other workouts they offer and love them all! These kick my butt and make me look forward to my workouts again!
I love how my body looks now and have the muscles I have been wanting...yay! Thanks P90X and Beachbody!
