Ready to get my heart and lungs in shape! Also wouldn't mind more defined muscle tone:-)

My recent hiking and camping trip in the Rockies let me know just how much I am out of shape! I've never had to focus too much on health because I enjoy eating healthy and tend to stay slim. Unfortunately, sitting in front of a computer doesn't keep my heart and lungs in shape, so I hope to start some more

Starting the 2nd week with achy muscles, but I can tell they are stronger!
Oct 1-phase one ended.. I can see some small results!
Oct 22 - Seeing and feeling the results. I am overcoming a cold, but can hardly tell, haven't lost my energy!
Nov 1 - Phase III has started and I can hardly believe it, I have lost 2 inches on my hips!!
