I am 54yr old and a father of 2 girls and grandfather of 3.I own a small cleaning business in Maryland. I'm married to my wonderful wife and childhood sweetheart Missy who is also a Beachbody Coach. My transformation story started a few years back. I have been in really good shape most of my life. I was a competitive swimmer at a very young age (6 years old) through High School. After High School, I played one year of Semi-Pro Baseball in Hawaii and competed in several sports for many years. At age 29, I tore my Left ACL while playing basketball, naturally slowing down after that injury. At age 35 I weighed 140 pounds and had a 29 inch waist. Later that same year I tore a major ligament in my right leg playing softball. My body pretty much went downhill from there. I started to gain weight (190 lbs) and inches (36 inch waist) over the next 15 years. Finally at age 49 I decided to do something about it. I joined a gym and started the process of getting my body back into shape and that lasted for about a year. Then I started to regain weight and inches again - resulting from the vicious cycle of not exercising and having bad eating habits.

At age 54, I was introduced to Team Beachbody through my friend Jason Scheff, who is also my Beachbody Coach. I saw the results that he was getting from the Beachbody workouts and I knew that I could do it too. I started the Power 90 workouts with Tony Horton, and I have not turned back. I love everything about Beachbody, because you really do get the results. The Beachbody community is awesome. It is like having your own personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a bunch of workout buddies all in one place.

Now as a Coach myself, I want to help others get fit and healthy, and to achieve their fitness goals.
