Like many I have started various fitness programs in an attempt to loose weight but have experienced mediocre success. I have been able to increase my strength as a runner and even been able to compete in several half marathons. However, I have still had a couple inches of extra body fat around my mid section. I am now nearing the end of the second week of P90X. The first week I experienced a great result as I lost one inch around my waist. This week I haven't lost any body fat around my waist but it feels like my other muscles are getting stronger. And those pull ups...they are killing me:)
