Johnston, RI Have been on a diet for as long as I can remember. Have tried just about everything - have many Beachbody tapes, but since TurboJam and Chalene have come into mine and my daughters life - it has gotten so much better! I have people all the time telling me how great I look, and there is nothing better than that!

I started with just doing Turbo Jam once a day and then decided to up my workouts to two a day. So I was doing two cardio workouts and realized I should add weights to my routine for my metabolism. Now I do Debby's slim in 6 in the morning whixh is with weights and I do Turbo Jam in the afternoon. This really seems to be working as the compliments are piling in!
