I just had major bowel surgery and lost 13lbs from my 5'4" 115lbs frame. I
was active prior to my surgery, running 3 times/week and weight training 3-4
times/week.

As I was recuperating, tv flicking became a big part of my life and I kept
coming to the Beachbody infomercials and figured it was a good way to work
my way back to my original body with major improvements.
