Just wrapping up my first 30 days on P90x. The veterans tell me I'm not getting enough calories which is why I am not trimming down, so started in with more calories than normal yesterday. Hopefully More...
Just wrapping up my first 30 days on P90x. The veterans tell me I'm not getting enough calories which is why I am not trimming down, so started in with more calories than normal yesterday. Hopefully the next 30 days will bring me closer to goal weight! OK, so day 67 but weight is hanging out the same place as when I started. I had put on a little and am back down...calories are pushing 2000 before I saw in drop in the scale. Been holding steady for the last week but TOMs here, so will see what happens over the next 2 weeks.
