and on. there was no workout that made me want to keep going until turbo
jam. i ordered it one day off of tv and for the past three months i just cant
stop. im still over weight but im losing my weight slowly. i went from 215 to
195 and im loving it.i had to learn the hard way that exercising is just like any

195 and im loving it.i had to learn the hard way that exercising is just like any
thing else that u do in life. in i can take the time to eat, wash, go to work i
can exercise. first i had to get educated on how to exercise and how to
exchange what was unhealthy to whats healthy. u have to look on the back of
every food label and keep track of what ur putting in ur mouth until it comes
natural. i work in a hospital setting in the operating room and thats all we eat
is junk food knowing that what we see everyday in surgery. it made me think
about it when the doctor told me my blood pressure was up and im on
borderline for sugar. that was no good. every since i have been exercising
everything that was wrong with me is gone. so im trying to help my mom. it
does not matter what age you r, u can still get fit.know im starting to feel great. i drank alot of water and exercise. i still exercise but i havent been on beach body in awhile cause they change their web page and im trying to get use to the change. was 215 now im 180 and im feeling better when i walk up the 2nd flight of stairs to get to my job.
