I have many of the BB workout videos, and each program has its pros and cons. I've started and eventually stopped most of them, having the most success, and losing 20 pounds with Turbo Jam! Unfortunately I get bored easily, and gained back the weight after finish up a round of TJ. I'm going to take this very slowly and allow myself to do the freedom of any workout I want depending on how I feel that day, so long as I workout for at least 20-30 minutes. I'm trying to make this a part of my life, and the hardest part is the 1st 30 days, especially during the holidays!
