I am in the process with my body transformation. In just the first 12 days I have lost 4. lbs and have leaned up big time. It is the combination of doing and sticking to the appropriate program (I have chosen P90x Primarly) and committing to a solid food plan. This has been by far the best workout program I have been on personally....excited to share the results....
