I am a 50 y/o woman with three children and a husband. My children are 15.14. and 7. I have always exercised. I took ballet growing up, did aerobics and walking in the 70/s and 80/s. I got into kickboxing in the 90's, was in the best shape in a long time and then I got pregnant at 42. With all the stress of three kids, perimenopause, etc I have trouble with weight and getting time to exercise
