I was introduced to Beachbody through Yoga Booty Ballet about 5 years ago. I like to do a mixture of P90X and YBB and about once a week I add Ballet. The nutrition part was always my biggest challenge. I suggest joining the club if you struggle with this also. It takes all the guess work out of what to eat. It will even print a grocery list for you. Half the battle for me was changing my diet. The club has been the greatest tool in helping me with this. My second suggestion is to log your workouts into WOWY the online gym. It is free. Start right away and get into the habit. WOWY is fun, you'll meet great people who will help you on those days when you just don't feel like working out. Everyday one person wins $300 just for logging in their workout. I still fall off the wagon from time to time. The WOWY gym and that daily prize helps me get moving if all else fails :)

I started coaching nearly two years ago now. Since then I was able to leave my day job and coach full time for Beachbody. I have helped helped hundreds of people through their fitness journey as a coach. Many have joined me in coaching and I continue to support them in reaching their financial goals as coaches. Beachbody started for me as one workout that I really enjoyed, it is now a lifestyle.
