I have needed transforming for many years now. It is not just the process of loosing the weight, there are other things that need to transform as well in order for me to feel successful. I also need to transform the mental and emotional state of being before I can conquer the physical.I at this point in my life I think I have a pretty tight grip on the mental and emotional part...not to say that it doesn't falter from time to time..because it does...but at least I know where I want to be at this point of my life and how to get there.Now I just need to put the plan into action...I guess that where "just push play" comes into it!

They say life begins at forty, well...how about 50...so I'm a slow bloomer...that's ok, that just means I'll live longer...really will now...

I know I have a hard and long road to travel right now, but I am willing to take that journey...
