PORT HURON, MI I am 44 years and currently enjoy working in the travel industry. My interests also include gardening, walking and hanging out with my girlfriends and also trying to visit the world. I was married in 2006 in Playa Del Carmen and we had a wonderful wedding ceremony on the beach with all our friends and family joining us in Mexico.

This is July 2, 2007 and I would like to lose 30 lbs by September which I believe is attainable. I was at my goal weight of 140 lbs last November and have since put that weight on again. I am looking forward to this workout and eating plan to get me focused again to keep me at this goal weight and by also losing some extra body fat in the P90X workout plan. I felt so good last year with exercising and developing a good eating plan but again something got in the way and I lost my focus. I don't know why this happens especially when you know by eating right and exercising your mind and body feel so good. Gone are the tired days and fuzzy afternoons because I am eating the wrong foods and not exercising like I should. I want that great motivating feeling back and am willing to start the program with vim and vigor!
