I am the proud father of four beautiful children. Over the past 7 years, I have neglected my body and have not committed to truly changing it until now. I have seen the amazing transformations that others have had, and I am determined to have a similar transformation. This is the beginning of a new me and I am looking forward to inspiring those around me.

As of Day 30, I was a bit disappointed with my results so far. I did lose some inches, but I gained a pound and have been working out hard. I am hitting the boards for some encouragement and will keep bringing it. This is my body and I am in control! Unfortunately, a year has passed and I quit after losing hope that this new program would deliver the promises it offered. My wife has been doing P90X for the past 6 weeks and her results are amazing. I am inspired to try this again...March 1, 2009 will be my official start date.
