I am 25 years old and am ready to see what my body can do. I have always worked out, on and off. My workout used to consist of 20-30 minutes of running followed by pushups/abs or light lifting. I have never been one to soley lift weights without doing any running, so P90X will be something totally different for me. My motivation is simply health and I really just want to see what my body can do

I have never been one to soley lift weights without doing any running, so P90X will be something totally different for me. My motivation is simply health and I really just want to see what my body can do and what my body can look like! My boyfreind has a boat so I'm in a swimsuit almost everyday in the summer- that is also a big motivator to get fit! Yet another motivator is the trip to Mexico we have planned in April. I can see myself now....walking on the beach, in the best shape of my life and knowing that I'm healthy on the inside, and look good on the outside. Here's to success!
