At the start of my journey, I weighed in at around 159--7 lbs. above my pre-pregnancy weight, but a good 20-25 lbs. higher than I really should be. However, my main focus is on what I look and feel like and how my clothes fit, not the number on the scale. I want to be as fit as I can be--I'm excited to see how far I can take this!
I had a wonderfully productive first 30 days, losing 9 lbs. on the Turbo Jam program!! But then, a seven-year-old car accident injury sidelined me for months with low back and hip pain. I did my time rehabbing and now, with the support of my doctor, I'm back! I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme and LOVING the program! I've got a big goal coming up in June, to get below 135 lbs. and back into size 8 pants. Check back in with me to see how I progress!
