I began to take losing weight seriously January 6, 2008. I weighed in at 175lbs and have tried everything over the past 10 years from pills to packaged foods. I found that for my body type that white/starchy
carbohydrates were my enemy! Within 2 weeks of following Tony Horton and doing P90X and eating right, I
lost 10 lbs and and went from size 12-14 clothes to 8/10. I haven't been a 8/10 since before kids. Up until then I worked
out at least 3 times a week at most but mostly ate what I wanted and I wasn't
seeing results until I combined a good diet w/regular exercise by cutting
back on bad carbs, lots of salads, veggies, good carbs and protein. I work out consistently with weights, cardio, P90X and now 10 minute trainer which is amazing how well it works. I can see the muscles forming, better stamina and I like how I look in
pictures! I started out doing Slim 6 and Power 90 and when I felt ready I took
on the 90 day challenge with P90X.
