In my younger years my fitness routine was comprised mostly of gymnastics and running. I have done more than a few of our workout programs. Having two children and very little time to get to the gym, I started with Tony Horton's Ten Minute Trainer. If you are short on time and want to get a great workout, this will give you results quickly. Having survived a workout with Tony at a coaching presentation I knew what I was getting myself into. I have since moved on to P90X....Whatever your goals are, we have a program to fit your needs.
